Book Update

I have wrapped up everything (I think) in terms of the body of the book and have delivered it to Greenleaf. We are working on the dust jacket now.

Tomorrow, Kim and I are on the road meeting with the book's publicist.

So, blogging is going to be light the next day and a half.
