Pattern Change for the Winter Olympics

Looks like moisture will be increasing in British Columbia just in time for the Olympics.  Here is the precipitation amount forecast from the NWS for the next 5 days.  That's 4 to 5 inches for Vancouver.

  1. Will it be rain or snow?? They have gotten plenty of Moisture I think in Vancouver, but it has been rain. It has been melting the Snow Base on Cyprus Mountain.

  2. The snow level is expected to drop this evening and they will get to 2 feet of snow.
