Tom Fuller has one of his typically insightful postings on the future of energy use. I disagree with his take on nuclear energy, as I believe it is possible to build and staff many more plants. But I agree completely that solar may be a major contributor in the future, perhaps in as little as ten years. I also think we will get what I call and "entrepreneurial contribution" -- meaning someone, somewhere, will come up with an energy breakthrough that we can't even conceive of today.
That said, his calls conservation and smart energy use are completely appropriate.
