I hereby offer to any company this suggestion free of charge: For a reasonable additional fee (in the case of Sirius, $2/mon. seems right) you get a phone number that gets you right through to a human being empowered to take care of any problem. Just think how much easier dealing with DirectTV (second worst customer service behind Sirius), your cell phone company, or your cable company would be with this option?!
