There is a chance of tornadoes later today and tonight:

and, more heavy rain is expected to worsen the flooding between now and Wednesday:

Yes, that is a 3-day total of 7.68" of rain in Arkansas.  Given the flooding already occurring in this region, it will just make a bad situation worse.
