The orange = blizzard warning. The blue signifies winter weather advisories (generally for 1-3" of snow) and pink are the winter storm warnings. The tan color in the Texas Panhandle is a high wind warning for gusts to 60 mph and the blue in Oklahoma is a freeze warning.
