5:30pm Update
Red = tornado warning. Maroon = flash flood warning. Amber = severe thunderstorm warning. Yellow is the tornado watch. Violet = severe thunderstorm warning.
Tornado reported just north of Ligonier, PA. Fire reports significant damage toward New Florence. Lots of damage from southern Westmoreland County to north, into Indian County. Roofs, large trees down, several reports of flooding and smoke.
Maybe a few tornadoes around DC might make them think twice about NWS budget cuts.

Thanks for the info, Chas. Damage also reported in Baltimore and in the Norfolk areas.
