Needed, But Light, Rain in Kansas and Oklahoma
Here is the rain that fell from 7am to 4pm CDT. We had 0.15" in far northeast Wichita.
Some heavy rain (with gusty winds and hail) is occurring in central Oklahoma in the areas where the weekend fires occurred.
Scattered rain is also falling in the southern half of Kansas.
The weather pattern is favorable for more rain overnight and tomorrow. It is badly needed.
