Drought Improving

Here is the amount of rain needed to break the drought as of this past Saturday:

It is quite an improvement in most areas south of Interstate 70 since August 18.

However, in the climate districts within about 100 miles of I-80 from Chicago to Wyoming the drought has worsened.

Additional rains have fallen since September 29 and they are presented below.
