Turning Wet the Middle Ten Days of Month

There are strong indications that the middle third of October will be wet in many areas, especially in the central U.S. 

Here is the European Model forecast of precipitation amounts through the 15th. 

The U.S. model indicates more rain from the 14th to the 21st.
