Approximately 4,000,000 Still Without Power

According to the Department of Energy this morning, 1.3 million "customers"(a "customer" is defined as an electric meter) are still without power.

The utility industry multiplies customers times 3 or 4 (depending on the utility) to get the approximate number of people without power. So, we still have about four million without power as another storm looms.
