Severe Weather Threat Upgraded Into Tonight

The threat of tornadoes (5% brown area) has been added to north Texas, including Ft. Worth:

In addition, the forecast threat of large (1") and very large (≥2") hail has been expanded in size. Put those cars in the garage in this area!
The Entire Metroplex Has the Potential for Large Hail
Right now, AccuWeather Regional Radar shows a couple of clusters of strong thunderstorms in Oklahoma and other thunderstorms starting to form northwest of the Metroplex:

There is only one severe thunderstorm warning currently in effect and that is in Oklahoma (yellow polygon). The radar is from 3:03pm. I will update this evening on this threat.
