Two Vital Questions from Dr. Judith Curry

Climate scientist Judy Curry has a couple of hard-hitting questions for Big Climate:

I.1. If the computer models and predictions have been inaccurate, why is our federal government relying on these models to take unilateral action?
I.4. Given that many of these models predicted warming trends well before China surpassed the United States as the largest GHG emitter, and given the fact that emissions continue to grow at a pace beyond what was originally incorporated into the models, shouldn’t the warming be far worse than what was predicted in the worst case scenarios rather than well below predictions?
That the computer models have been inaccurate isn't even in doubt. See here

With regard to her second question, there is no question temperatures are flat to down even in spite of the rate of adding CO2 to the atmosphere. Note: Below is the same measurement of earth's temperature
that is used by the United Nations' Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, the group that won the Nobel Prize with Al Gore. Clearly, the hypothesis that CO2 is the primary driver of changes in climate is falsified.
