Comedian Mort Sahl said in 1988 that is the way the New York Times would headline a giant asteroid that was predicted to destroy the earth the next day. With that in mind, I saw this headline in my in-basket today from one of the Big Climate groups attempting to drum up support by pandering to minorities.

Of course, both hurricanes and tornadoes are down in both number and intensity in spite of computer models that have forecast the opposite. The drought is the likely another 20-year drought.
