Today's Climate Silliness

Our first comes from that veritable fountain of meteorological mis-information Climate Central:
The summer of 2014 has been one of the coolest in history in the eastern United States. Here is a map of the colder-than-average temperatures for the 30 days prior to the water restrictions.
Global warming-induced heavy rain could not possibly have caused the runoff that helped cause the algae bloom. Global warming has not caused the problem in Toledo.

From The Guardian we learn that public relations firms, which help to spin facts on behalf of their clients, are not going to work with those of us that do not believe global warming is a catastrophe. That is fine with me. Since we have the facts on our side, we don't need the spin.
