Additional Rains in California

Here are the forecast rains from 10am PST this morning to 10pm PST Thursday.

The peak amount is in the mountains northeast of downtown L.A. with 11 inches forecast.
Yucaipa Ridge, southeast of Los Angeles, received 2.33 inches of rain in three hours this afternoon. Scattered flooding has been reported in many areas of California.

San Francisco has received 1.45 inches of rain since midnight. Three hundreds more and it will be the wettest day since 2009. Downtown Los Angeles has received 0.69 inches.
